YOUR ROADMAP TO RECOVERY

Services

The initial phase following a knee injury or surgery is often the most challenging. It frequently comes unexpectedly—and suddenly, everyday life is no longer a given. Pain, immobility, swelling, and uncertainty can delay a smooth start to rehabilitation.

Guidance, structure, and clear stress management are especially important during this phase.

And this is exactly where I’m coming in:

I’ll be there for you during this early phase, providing personalized one-on-one support and dedicating the time your rehabilitation requires.

Structured, calm, and with a clear focus on your safe return to daily life activities.

The treatment takes place entirely in your home and is designed for people who want to approach their rehabilitation efficiently and as a top priority.

“Structure provides security. Security drives progress.”

ABOUT

My passion for sports led me to sports physical therapy at an early age—as a teenager competing in competitive sports, it didn’t take long before I suffered my first injuries. And so I first came to understand, from a patient’s perspective, what physical therapists are capable of. I was so impressed that

I knew right away that this was MY ROAD.

After completing my basic training in physical therapy in 1998, I have continued to pursue further education, including manual therapy, lymphatic drainage, dry needling, sports physical therapy (SPT Magglingen), and Pilates.

My professional experience includes working in Europe and China, both as an employee and as a freelancer, and as part of interdisciplinary teams. Working with international patients and people from diverse cultural backgrounds has had a lasting impact on my therapeutic perspective.

For many years, I worked with elite athletes and entire teams, supporting them during competitions and in their rehabilitation following injuries.

I have been working in Zurich since 2008 and have a strong network in the local health and sports community.

Experience, reliability, and discretion form the foundation of my work.

I speak German and English
